Product Development

Full-cycle product development built with Hybrid Intelligence: people own architecture, quality, and decisions; AI accelerates every stage. We deliver 24*7 — you're billed for 8*5 — and the software keeps supporting itself after release.

Fact: 154 projects delivered for 68 clients in 22 countries since 2011.

Research & Prototyping

Understanding your product essentials is crucial from the start, so we employ AI-driven tools to set up insightful workshops, identify functional requirements more effectively, and conduct in-depth market research with unparalleled precision. Our algorithms analyze vast amounts of data to help you polish product requirements and prepare functional prototypes for early-stage idea validation. Should a pivot be necessary, our AI insights will guide you toward the optimal path. We specialize in:

  • Industry research
  • Competitors analysis
  • Customer development
  • Prototyping
  • Requirements elaboration

Product Management

We assign a certified product manager to lead your project and enhance your product strategy. By integrating AI-assisted technologies into our workflow, we offer a unique blend of expertise and innovation. Our experience spans from nurturing initial hypotheses to achieving market success, utilizing intelligent tools to optimize every step. We specialize in:

  • Customer interviews
  • Hypothesis testing
  • OKR, roadmap and prioritization
  • Data-driven development
  • A/B tests
  • Unit economy and business models

Identity & Branding

Our approach to UX/UI design transcends mere logos and colors. We strive to deeply understand your product users, working closely with you to find solutions through a human-centered methodology enhanced by intelligent technologies. By using AI, we analyze user behavior and preferences to create designs that transform user experiences into seamless journeys. We believe that design should be smart, thoughtfully engineered with research and innovation, and should serve your business goals effectively. We specialize in:

  • Product identity
  • Visual prototyping
  • Branding research
  • Product brand book
  • UI/UX from A to WOW

Agile Development

We are agile – our team can quickly switch between tasks and adapt to evolving project needs, ensuring we remain responsive and flexible throughout the project lifecycle. We believe that “a plan is nothing; planning is everything.” Each iteration, enhanced by AI tools and data-driven insights, helps us better understand the next steps and refine the product roadmap. We specialize in:

  • Agile methodology
  • Scrum framework
  • Sprint planning and estimations
  • Quality control
  • Results evaluations

Testing

No one loves bugs. Neither do we. Our quality assurance engineers do all types of testing on all the modern (and not only) devices and operating systems. We specialize in:

  • Manual testing
  • Automated testing
  • Functional testing
  • Performance testing
  • User acceptance testing

Releases and Production

Product releases should be thoroughly planned and monitored. We use the Scrum framework to manage them and a data-driven approach to monitor what happens to the product after each release. This helps us make the proper business decisions in the right moments. We specialize in:

  • Roadmap creation
  • Tasks prioritization (RISE)
  • Releases management and audit
  • Features estimation
  • Strategic planning

Your product doesn’t wait for Monday

Full-cycle means the clock is ours to use. Daytime is for working with you: discovery, decisions, features, demos — in your time zone. Nights and weekends run autonomously on what needs no input from you: test runs and fixes, refactoring, security and compliance. That’s 168 hours of delivery a week, not per month. And release isn’t the finish line — the software self-supports: it runs tests, reports and fixes errors, and suggests the next upgrades.

  • Days with you: decisions, features, demos
  • Nights and weekends autonomous: tests, refactoring, security, compliance
  • Billed for 8*5, delivered 24*7
  • Self-supporting after release
  • 68 clients, 154 projects, 22 countries — 74% come by referral; ISO 9001 + 27001 (TÜV Austria)

Support

We focus on long-term relations and always collaborate with you after the product goes live. By analyzing the data we get from its production use, we help you plan the next iterations and understand what needs to be done for further success. We specialize in:

  • User retention
  • Metrics analysis
  • Data-driven development
  • Post-production support
  • Server maintenance

Frequently asked questions

What does full-cycle product development include?

Everything from industry and competitor research, prototyping and requirements through product management, UX/UI and branding, agile development and QA, to release and ongoing support. A certified product manager leads the engagement.

Can you start from just an idea, without a specification?

Yes. Discovery workshops, market and competitor research, customer development and a functional prototype come first, so the idea is validated before serious money goes into building it. If a pivot is needed, that shows up in discovery rather than after launch.

How do you keep quality when AI writes part of the code?

Engineers own architecture, quality gates and every decision; AI takes the routine. On top of that, nightly pipelines run code review, automated tests, and security and compliance checks against the day’s work. The whole process sits inside ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification from TÜV Austria.

What happens after launch?

The same team keeps the product evolving, and the software supports itself: it runs its own tests, reports and fixes errors, and suggests upgrades. There is no handover to a separate maintenance team.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. All source code, designs and documentation produced for you transfer to you in full on payment. FusionWorks retains no rights over the delivered product.

How do you estimate and price a project?

You get the estimate within five working days of the scoping call, as a fixed price or as time and materials with a range — whichever fits how well the scope is defined. When scope changes mid-project, the change is estimated and approved together before any work starts on it.
