What does full-cycle product development include? Everything from industry and competitor research, prototyping and requirements through product management, UX/UI and branding, agile development and QA, to release and ongoing support. A certified product manager leads the engagement.
Can you start from just an idea, without a specification? Yes. Discovery workshops, market and competitor research, customer development and a functional prototype come first, so the idea is validated before serious money goes into building it. If a pivot is needed, that shows up in discovery rather than after launch.
How do you keep quality when AI writes part of the code? Engineers own architecture, quality gates and every decision; AI takes the routine. On top of that, nightly pipelines run code review, automated tests, and security and compliance checks against the day’s work. The whole process sits inside ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification from TÜV Austria.
What happens after launch? The same team keeps the product evolving, and the software supports itself: it runs its own tests, reports and fixes errors, and suggests upgrades. There is no handover to a separate maintenance team.
Who owns the intellectual property? You do. All source code, designs and documentation produced for you transfer to you in full on payment. FusionWorks retains no rights over the delivered product.
How do you estimate and price a project? You get the estimate within five working days of the scoping call, as a fixed price or as time and materials with a range — whichever fits how well the scope is defined. When scope changes mid-project, the change is estimated and approved together before any work starts on it.
