Auzmor Learn is a learning experience platform that combines the structure of a traditional LMS with the personalization and engagement of a modern LXP. The product helps trainers and L&D teams create or curate courses, track progress across an organization, and nudge learners toward completion with social and AI-assisted features. Auzmor Learn is rated 4.8/5 on G2 and has won multiple awards across LMS and corporate training categories. FusionWorks contributed to the platform’s frontend engineering as it scaled into a globally deployed product.
Auzmor Learn is built around the idea that effective training has to adapt to each learner. The platform’s AI engine recommends content and adjusts learning paths based on individual progress, role, and skill gaps, while administrators can layer in mentorship, goal tracking, and skill assessments. Additionally, learners can tap into a library of more than 70,000 pre-built courses alongside content authored in-house. This combination of personalization and breadth is what differentiates Auzmor from more traditional, course-catalog-style LMS products.
The platform ships with an authoring tool that lets administrators build engaging, multimedia-rich courses without leaving the product. Meanwhile, social collaboration features — tagging teammates, asking questions inline, sharing feedback — turn training from a solo activity into a peer-driven one. Furthermore, the platform supports more than 30 languages, making it usable for distributed, multinational teams. This combination of authoring, social learning, and localization is what keeps engagement and completion rates high.
Beyond internal employee training, Auzmor Learn supports extended-enterprise use cases — partner enablement, customer education, and franchise training — through multiple branded portals with separate data and reporting. The analytics layer gives managers and L&D leaders a clear view of completion rates, knowledge gaps, and learning trends. Additionally, custom reports can be tailored to the metrics each organization actually cares about. This makes the platform a fit not just for HR-driven training but for revenue-impacting enablement programs as well.
FusionWorks contributed to Auzmor Learn’s frontend engineering, working in React and TypeScript to build interfaces used by learners, trainers, and administrators across the product. Our team helped implement features that demanded both polish and performance — interactive course experiences, dashboards over rich training data, and authoring tools that non-technical instructors can actually use. We worked alongside Auzmor’s product team to ship improvements iteratively and keep the user experience consistent as the platform grew. Furthermore, our long-term collaboration helped the product maintain the responsiveness and usability that drive its high G2 ratings.
Auzmor Learn represents a mature take on enterprise learning — combining LMS rigor with LXP flexibility — and continues to win recognition as one of the most usable platforms in the category.
