We’re excited to announce that FusionWorks has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications issued by TÜV AUSTRIA. 

TÜV AUSTRIA’s documents carry international recognition across the European Economic Area and numerous countries worldwide, instilling a substantial level of legal certainty and widespread acceptance within the economy, government authorities, and the general public.

The primary objective of obtaining ISO/IEC 27001:2018 was to assure our clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as our team, including human resources, information systems, and sales, that they adhere to relevant laws, best practices, and international standards for information security. 

Throughout all our activities, including sales, human resources management, IT operations, and client delivery, we systematically assess risks, ensure confidentiality, protect assets, and establish protocols for handling sensitive and personal data.

Our office underwent a physical audit to verify the security of our facility and human resources, including access control, networks, and fire safety measures. Beforehand, we also successfully completed the preparation stage, including the internal audit and pre-audit steps.

For ISO 9001:2015, we demonstrated the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. We also showed that we aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the practical application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
