FusionWorks CTO Genadii Ganebnyi ignites AI revolution at Moldova Digital Summit
At the recent Moldova Digital Summit, Genadii Ganebnyi, Co-founder and CTO of FusionWorks and founder of angen.ai, delivered an impactful workshop titled “AI-Driven Product Development Revolution.” Targeted specifically at product managers spearheading digital transformation, the session provided strategic insights into leveraging artificial intelligence to fundamentally enhance product development processes.
Ganebnyi kicked off the session by addressing a common paradox faced by product managers: despite products rapidly disrupting markets, product development often remains hampered by long cycles, delays, and technical debt. He highlighted AI as a powerful accelerator capable of transforming traditional project management into sophisticated product orchestration.

Central to the workshop was Ganebnyi’s “Product Factory” vision, emphasizing predictable delivery, reliable velocity, and scalable workflows, all streamlined through strategic AI integration. He advised product teams to avoid common pitfalls such as expecting immediate results from AI tools, instead recommending a structured AI implementation across discovery, planning, execution, and change management phases.
Ganebnyi emphasized the crucial concept of AI as specialized team members rather than all-encompassing solutions, underscoring the importance of proper onboarding and customization of AI tools to match company-specific data and requirements. The audience learned how AI can automate user research analysis, rapidly convert discussions into actionable requirements, and significantly speed up MVP development.
Through compelling real-world case studies, Ganebnyi demonstrated AI’s ability to drastically shorten development cycles—from a complex tax reporting feature developed in 1.5 days to a chatbot for the Swedish Police Union, conceptualized and prototyped within two hours. These practical examples illustrated the substantial advantages AI provides in reducing risk, accelerating stakeholder feedback, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Ganebnyi concluded the workshop by offering attendees actionable next steps for immediate implementation, including identifying critical bottlenecks, piloting AI-enhanced workflows, preparing teams for AI integration, and establishing clear metrics to measure success. He emphasized strategic thinking over mere tool adoption, advocating a methodical 30-60-90 day action plan for seamless AI integration.
This engaging and informative workshop positioned AI not merely as an operational tool but as a transformative partner, enabling product managers to achieve unprecedented speed, reliability, and innovation in their development lifecycles.
