With the Managed Team model, you directly negotiate salaries with the team while benefiting from our infrastructure, expertise, and support. We handle recruitment, payroll, and operational support for a defined management fee. This allows you to focus on building your teams while maintaining cost efficiency.

This model enables you to build dedicated teams with full transparency and direct involvement, while FusionWorks ensures smooth operations and compliance, maximizing value for both parties.

For better control of your team, we offer a staff monitoring tool at no additional cost.

What’s done by us

Recruitment & onboarding: we recruit and onboard talent based on your requirements.

Operational support: we provide office space, HR, local supervision, and necessary compliance services.

Transparent costs: we offer clear breakdowns of all costs, ensuring transparency in the relationship.

Payroll: we do payroll, and pay all the taxes and social benefits according to the law.

Management fee includes:
